Koring Bros Inc manufactures nylon knotted nets, custom-made to meet your specific requirements. We start by manufacturing our own twine, using only high tenacity raw materials supplied by Dupont-Sabanci International (formerly Dupont), and Solutia (formerly Monsanto), two of the largest and most respected companies in the industry. By manufacturing our own braided and three-strand twisted twine on the premises we can guarantee our twine meets the highest standards.     A net loom operator hard at work

Netting can be manufactured in mesh sizes ranging from 1" to apporoximately 32". The natural color for the netting is white. Although black is the most common color for nets to be dyed, a variety of colors are available. To extend the life of nets intended for outdoor use, we offer a UV-protected, weather resistant coating, which guards against damage caused by exposure to the elements. In general, netting is custom-made, but we do stock a variety of nets for uses that call for basic standard sizes. Stocked sizes are available in our catalog. For custom sizes, use our Quote Form.   Netting goes directly from the loom into a large wooden box on wheels.  When a run (of netting) is finished, the box is transported to another area for the next phase of production.

Koring Bros Inc manufactures 3-strand twisted twine ranging in size from #9 through #120. The corresponding breaking strengths are 84 lbs. to 1,090 lbs. Standard sizes that we manufacture and stock on a regular basis are in the catalog. Koring Bros Inc manufactures braided twine ranging in size from #24 through #333, with a corresponding breaking strength of 242 lbs. to 2,500 lbs. Standard sizes that we manufacture and stock on a regular basis are in the catalog. We also custom manufacture many other sizes -- please inquire for more details. A Braider consists of 16 spools, half of which rotate in a clockwise direction, with the other half rotating counter-clockwise, interlacing the strands of fiber to produce the braid.
